First of all I want to say how AWESOME Rode and Stevie are at this location!!! Both are EXTREMELY helpful. I go in to purchase fish and aquarium supplies on a weekly basis. And for the most part I make sure to go at times I know one of the two are working. Even better when its both of them. The store is always very well kept, and in great order. Love having the option of shopping at this Petco. I drive all the way from Cross Plains to shop here. And 90% of it is due to how great those two employees are!!!! The selection and cleanliness of the store would be the other 10%. Please pass on my praise for these two exceptional employees!!!!

The staff are very friendly, and they have the best deals on dog food in town with their ‘10th bag free’ reward. My only complaint is that there is a lot of empty holes and out of stock products in the dog collar/leash section and this seems to be the case every time I go.

Petco has everything you could want and a little bit more. They sell; fish,hamsters,snakes,turtles,ducks, parrots as well as live bait. All types-styles doggie clothes and toys. Collars ,chains,you name it . All types dog food wet and dry. Not sure what the doggie station at the back was for but it's there lol. Petco is at the corner of a very busy 4way intersection. The entrance is on CC Woodson Road . Entrance is handicap friendly. Place is kid and pet friendly.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I bought a $1400 conure for my girlfriend from here. 2 days later the bird had a stroke. When my girlfriend, heart broken and upset, takes the bird back to the store, the staff there treated her like she killed the bird. Is that how you treat people after you sell them over-imbred animals with bad genes? I run a poultry farm with thousands of birds. If there one thing we know how to do here, it's keep birds alive and healthy for profit. Poultry doesn't mean "chicken". It means birds. We have game birds too. Is this how you treat people who blow money in your store? I won't spend another dime here. I'll buy from private breeders from here on out. Thank you for pissing me off.

I love buying my chickens here. My sweet girls are thriving. They did stop carrying the dog food a buy so now I don't have a reason to go chicken shopping as often

I knew what I wanted, so my visit should have been quick. When inside, there was no one around to help me. I found the area that I needed, but still no one around to help me. I'm 70 and use a cane. I hollered a few times. Finally, I ran a girl down. She didn't seem to know much about the products I needed. I got one of five and a discounted bottle of dog shampoo. My husband was angry with me. The temperature outside was hot. There were four dogs in the car plus the one I had. He tried keeping the car running with the A/C on, but the car engine got hot. I had to go back in with no help at the door. The girl just stood behind the register counter and watched me struggle with my dog, cane, purse, and door. She did the same as I went out the door to get another dog to fit a harness on. And when I left again, I had no respect for a customer or an elderly person, cane or not. She watched me struggle with the door, my purse, purchase, and my cane as I left. My dog was already in the car when I was going to switch for another.
I hate that I didn't get her name. She was one of the worst employees that I have ever come across

False advertising and rude management.
Went to the counter with one of these halters (small) expecting to pay $19 (+tax) for it... NOPE! When she said my bill would be over $32 I was blown away... brought up the fact that the tag said it was 19.
Then the manager got involved and BLAMED ME for "NOT PAYING ATTENTION" even though their employees are the ones who put them in the wrong place.... but you know the real kicker? She reached back there and splayed apart the prices and sure enough, the actual price was hidden behind the price on top (kinda like a little price booklet)... like I was supposed to know that?!? Well, I took my happy butt to walmart and payed half what they were asking for almost the exact same dog halter. NOT WORTH MY TIME.
