Rented a tux.. the initial younger sales person didn't really know how to measure. Took a long time. Wasn't very friendly. Lots of time on cell phone while helping us. Glad we did this early. The pants came back 4" too long.. liked they'd never been hemmed. Same with coat. Remeasure was done by an older sales person. In house alterations did great. Final fit was perfect. Either get older experienced person, or go somewhere else. Older sales personnel were friendlier as well..

Wrong shoes. Had to spend $120 on shoes since they didn’t have any for wedding party.

Check your stuff from this place. Wrinkles in clothes on pick up and wrong stuff seems to not be a unique experience.

Lady that works there is so focused on being right she doesn’t listen to the actual words you say. Mentioned their non working AC and she started blabbering about the WiFi LOL

Use somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Customer service went above and beyond to get the right sport coat for my nephew. I recommend this store, and pricing is reasonable.

I rented a tux from this place. It was a rush order according to them. I paid an extra $25 for that. I ordered on a Wednesday and had to pick up Friday for a Mardi Gras ball on Saturday. I went to pick up the tux and the shirt was too small and the pants were not long enough. They found a replacement shirt and rehemmed the pants. The shirt they found had a stain on it. It looked dirty and used. Was not pressed at all. I got everything from there because I did not know I was going to this ball until Tuesday. Crazy day. I came to return the tux on Monday and then one lady was going to charge me a late fee of $21. I did not even know they were open on Sunday and noone told me. I did not see it on the ticket. I told the lady that i was not sure i wanted to pay that late fee. Another lady who helped me when I picked up the tux told the other lady to forget about the late fee. She knew everything that I had been through with getting the tux. The employees were great. The person who took my measurements may have been off just a bit with the shirt and pants. The employees were very helpful. They were able to give me something that resembled a tux when I left. Not sure I would go back to that place but if I did it would be because of that young lady who helped me the day of picking up the tux abs the day when I returned it. At least you could not see the stain on the shirt.

Been struggling to find a women's suit in maroon for a Texas wedding in June. I'm officiating, so I've got to look on point! ? I've searched at all the usual places, tried piecing separates together from Amazon and department stores, but finding women's suits, particularly in colors other than black or navy, is a nightmare. Decided to try my luck at Men's Warehouse in Daphne/Spanish Fort, AL. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Misty. SO THANKFUL SHE WAS THERE!!! I told Misty the goal and she immediately dove in to help. We were able to find a burgundy suit that met my needs. She provided insight and expertise on sizing so we could tailor to fit my curves appropriately. Men's suits are not meant for the curves most women be rockin'. ? I cannot wait for it to come in, and especially cannot wait for the final, tailored result! Thank you so much for your help, Misty!

Honestly, they saved me. My cleaners lost my pants for my suit. I drove 8 hours to get to the wedding where I’m escorting the bride. I’m passing by so I stopped to see if they could help. Told them my story. They immediately helped me replace my pants with an identical pair and hemmed them so I can have them the same day. Fantastic service

Staff seemed nice but didn’t help at all. At other MW stores I can explain what I’m looking for and they were able to help me find the right look , fit and style. Today I was looking for a couple casual dress shirts to wear with jeans. At this store location in Spanish Fort they basically pointed me to a rack and said dressing rooms are open. ? When I finally did find something, no one was available to check out, so I left without purchasing anything. ?

I live in Pensacola,Fl. Last year, I went to the local Men's Wearhouse and was disappointed in the service. So, I drove almost an hour to the Spanish Fort store !
I received excellent service from the associates there. They helped me get the perfect suit for my daughter's wedding.
A year later, I needed another suit, so I drove to Spanish Fort again. Received the same great service ! They are very professional, listen to you and set you up with everything you need !!
