I had the worst experience at this store. There were two associates and never greeted when we walked in and have been given suspicious look the entire time by one of the associates even when we were paying for over $1000 transactions. They were not seem interested to see us shopping there, especially one of the associates which gave us an attitude in his look. Whoever owns this business, be assured that such kind of associate is pushing customers away from your store.

The reasoning behind my 1 star review . I walked into the store two associates were standing there talking about who knows what. Neither one of them greeted me.. They continued with their conversation.. Until I brought it to their attention and walk out the store. I find that very rude when you walk into a place of establishment. No one greets you. In the meanwhile 1 associate just walk away. Like she could careless about me.

Will Stokes tremendously helped me. He got me setup with my suit very quickly and efficiently.

Before coming in, I saw a bunch of negative reviews, saying they weren’t helped or service was slow. I will agree their computers/system is slow, but the workers are nice and helpful.

In my experience, Will crushed it. Despite being 3 months on the job, he quickly learned what I needed and bridged the gap between what he knew how to do and didn’t.

Definitely deserves a raise.

it only takes a moment to say "I'm busy with a customer I'll be with you in a bit" yet nobody said that they just completely ignored my boyfriend and me and we tried staying there to look at stuff and they just kept shooting us dirty glances... like what? we were considering buying something for his graduation but they were completely horrible.

I love the selection JoS A Bank reserve suits and some of the shirts at this shop. However, I’m likely to never come back here given the way customers are treated. There is a lady named Dreka who should go find another job not involving customer service. One would imagine that with retail stores under such pressure customer service would be fantastic. It’s just the opposite at this location.

When you go into the store it's hit or miss on how the person treats you. The young lady that took care of me this time was awesome! When you call the store they pick up the phone with an attitude problem. All I wanted to do was check on a item that I had ordered in store for a trip that I was taking. I know that the store is supposed to call you when your order is ready, but sometimes you can call and they will have it ready and they will just have not had the chance to call yet. The problem that I'm having is the attitude over the phone. I work in customer service and I would never handle a customer over a direct line like that. For the pass 9 years I have BUY MY CLOTHES solely from Jos A. Bank. I may not be the big spending customer, but when I spend my hard earned money I should feel like I'm apart of a brand. 90% of my clothes comes form this place.
