How sad. Once a great company with terrific customer service, they have fallen so far. Now they are slow, unresponsive and the product is not the same.

Items are delayed and then suddenly “out of stock”, returns are lost and refunds delayed. Product quality is inferior and shirts don’t stand up.

The founder Nick Wheller has clearly lost the plot and it shows throughout his firm.

They deserve a second chance. The sales associate Sarah was very patient to help me get shirts modified. Though it's been a long time I like the shirts finally I got.

Below is the previous comment:

I was excited to encounter CT for their customized shirt service at the very beginning. It looks like they specialized in shirts. I spent over $300 on 3 dressing shirts. However, the sleeves turned out too short, even shorter than my jacket, that short! The sales assistant told me it's a matter of "my preference". I think it's the standard way to judge the length of the sleeves, which I assume they should know better than I do. Either the measurement was misconducted or the manufacturing was poor. After negotiation, they re-made one shirt with half-inch-longer sleeves. After one month of waiting, the new shirt is still too short! By comparing with the other two, it's definitely NOT half-inch longer. It was a really disappointing experience. "Customized" shirts should not be like these. Maybe you can find a good deal with their regular shirts if they fit you. Be careful with the customization.

Returning customer. I came to pick up my suit after it was supposedly ready. So I try it on and it turns out my pants were not finished.. they weren't hemmed yet. Instead of an apology the store manager says it's my problem and I need to pay 25 dollars to get it fixed and come again in a week, again through awful Galleria traffic!! Excuse me... I came here 2 weeks ago, you measured me, made alterations to my jacket, forgot the pants and now you tell me this is my problem The store manager was so rude, condescending and unprofessional.. it's really baffling how she is in this role. I returned the suit as someone like this does not deserve any business. End result: one loyal returning customer lost today. Hope she feels good telling me off.

Absolutely love the brand! Get fitted once at the store and then you can order online where they have much more variety! Shirts hold up like day one even after 3 years of washer / dryer at home. They’re not custom fitted but once they help you pick the right fitting, collar and sleeve, it’s just as good!

Pretty poor experience if I am being honest. Feels like you have to jump through hoops to find the "normal" prices on their items. Otherwise they are artificially marked up in hopes that you pay a premium on a product that is otherwise priced much lower online or with delas that they cycle consistently. I'd rather have the true prices displayed instead of always feeling like I need to chase down the prices.

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered a jacket in store last December. No calls or emails were made to me notifying that the jacket was there. My calls and emails were ignored for months before I got in contact with their claims team. THE CLAIMS TEAM COULD NOT GET ITS OWN STORE TO REPLY. After a week I finally get a call from the very rude store manager who proceeded to deny she had ever heard of these issues and raised her voice at me in the process. Terrible business, incredibly unprofessional and to top it off the pieces are nothing special that you couldn't find already find at a department store. I only ordered the jacket to pair with a set of pants I had previously been gifted. Needless to say, I will never purchase another item from this store and I encourage you reading this to find another store for your formal wear needs.
